I tend to get these ads as well for some reason. It’s fucking disgusting, but Reddit is unfortunately filled with people who would gladly play a game like that and for who this would actually be a genuine selling point.
Im not sure if this is android only, im assuming it is. But you can patch the reddit (youtube, instagram etc) app to include “custom features” which include adblock.
Get the patcher app called revanced, check which app version they need the .apk for to patch, revanced can link to a trusted source. Then you use revanced to patch the reddit app and you’ll never see ads again.
My problem isn’t usually the games like this (yes sometimes its excessive but I get the horny is the point I supposed); my problem is almost always with the degenerative crowd that flocks to them.
For example, I like The first descendant, I think valby is adorable and of course I’m aware that characters are sexy on purpose. But I can’t even look at the TFD subreddit because all it is is chuds asking for jiggle physics and posting ass shots of the characters and calling it “original content”. It’s the only major subreddit for the game, and I don’t feel like making a new one, so I suffer.
TFD, Nikke, Stellar blade, they all feel the same in the end because the people defending them only do so with one hand. Anything else be damned

Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, adds … You just can’t avoid being constantly exposed to this type of content, no matter how much I tried to teach the algorithm.
