  1. Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2 are good.

You could try out the first two Fallout games, but you may find them dated.

Cyberpunk is very similar to Skyrim.

Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2 are a bit old, but they’re still good games.

  2. I agree that Karlach is the coolest!
    I want to add…
My time at sandrock. More crafting, less awkward bobble headed romanceable characters.
Grounded because the adventure is challenging , charming, and worth it.
Horizon zero dawn. The story is phenomenal and sci fi, with a beautiful open world to explore. Also, Aloy, the main character, is a no nonsense badass.
Valheim. Beautiful viking challenge. Much better with friends though.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. I am not a Borderlands fan, because I don’t like negative anatomy humor ( i hope that makes sense).Tiny tina is a gem, and the writing for this game was funny and witty, without being gross or explotative, as borderlands is. If you like DnD culture, this game does nerdy as nerdy should be. Weird, inclusive, and full of DnD puns and scenarios.

  3. I’d guess you enjoy story games, games where you have an impact on the world, base builders, and strategy games. Based on this I would suggest:

My time at Sandrock, sequel to MTaP, very fun, expands the world and brings a decent amount of QoL stuff to the game.

Horizon Zero Dawn, good storyline, fun combat and sneaking, can sink lots of hours into the game

Dwarf fortress/clanfolk/songs of syx, all good city builders with different focuses. Dwarf fortress and songs of syx both encourage large bases with lots of people, but songs of syx is more focused on building up to making city states and colonising new lands, whereas dwarf fortress stays on one land, but has z-levels to make things more intricate. Clanfolk is a bit different, you manage a family in the scottish highlands, help them survive harsh winters and build to make a village for them to live in. Both clanfolk and songs of syx are in active development.

FFXIV, bit of a wild card here, but it has a fantastic storyline, you can easily spend hours in the game, especially if you enjoy rp.

All in all, I think you’ve got great taste!

  4. You have No Man Sky heck yeah that is one of my favorite games. And you could give God of War a shot I bought it the other day and I am enjoying it so far even though I am not that far into the game yet.

  5. I assume that we have very different taste in games! I’ve only played two of these, and one of them is bg3, a very popular title.

You might enjoy Dave the Diver and Factorio, although its a bit hard to reccomend the latter due to some highly questionable comments one of the creators made on his non-anonymous reddit account.

  6. If you dig BG3, FO3/4/NV, Outer Worlds, Rimworld and V:TMB I would seriously simply suggest Fallout 1 and 2. People might say they haven’t aged great (mostly because of the UI) but if you’re able to navigate CKIII I don’t think that’ll be a problem for you. Similarly, Morrowind seems to be a connective thread I could draw between most of the games here.

As more of a curveball I’d also recommend [Age of Wonders 4](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1669000/Age_of_Wonders_4/) to most fantasy RPG/4X people out there.
