Just got my first PC and bought a few games what should I start with 🥰

I’ve already played hella Sims so not that (just had to have it!). I’m a fairly experienced console gamer so not brand new to gaming in general! I’ve heard Outer Wilds is great and I love huge exploration games like No Man’s Sky. Thoughts?

Thanks!

  1. Outer Wilds is one of my favourite gaming experiences of all time, would definitely recommend! It’s best to go into it completely blind, the exploring and discovering is incredibly well done.

  2. IT is quite easy to lose an entire weekend to Sims.

    – “i’ll finish after my next promotion”
    – “well now that i’m promoted I might as well just finish that next charisma skill level”
    – “I should probably check out the magical realm see if there are new spells”
    – “I wonder if I can find a mermaid”

WHY AM I HUNGRY AND WHY IS IT DARK OUTSIDE?

  3. Space Engine nice, and No man sky just got its 27th update today that overhauled the space stations for the second time and they finally added ships customization where you can collect crashed ship parts and put them together which is kind of cool.

  4. I’d play stardew valley (*totally not* saying that bc I’m currently playing it atm lol) a new update came out last week, so there’s a bunch of new content to get into 🙂

ALSO IF YOU HAVE PLAYED PLZ DONT SPOIL IT

    – don’t mention what new things there are bc sadly I have console and have to wait longer to see the new stuff for myself 🥲

  5. Depends what you want right now.

Emotional story that will suck you in and challenge you at times?
    Outer Wilds

Farming simulator to sink plenty of hours into with a lot of different mechanics?
    Stardew Valley

    Pain and lifelessness?
    Sims 4
(I’m kidding, I have 1000 hours in that game, it just depends on how easy it is for you to make your own fun)
