Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West immediately spring to mind. Transistor and Gravity Rush 1 and 2 are also good. The Tomb Raider reboot is pretty good, too.
If you’re okay with a customizable protagonist who can be a badass woman, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Valhalla might suit.
EDIT: Oh, I forgot Control. Definitely Control.
Tomb Raider, the remakes not the retro thing.
An obvious one is The Last of Us Part II. Same studio and Abby and Ellie are some of the best written female characters in gaming.

I agree, Horizon Zero Dawn, Forbidden West and Control. All great games. I really got into them> I”m also liking Immortals Fenyx Rising although it’s a bit more laid back.
