I genuinely know nothing about computers 😅 but it came this way and I’m not sure it’s supposed to be like this? It’s a HP Omen 25 L. Thank you!

Got my first PC (prebuilt!) and it seems to work fine but why aren’t these cords plugged into my graphics card?

Apparently your GPU only has a 6pin power connection, so you don’t need the 2nd 6pin connector. This is also the reason why the two are separate. Often found in low and mid-range graphic cards. They simply don’t need so much power that they require a 12-pin connector.
Those are just additional power plugs. Smaller cards don’t usually have 2 connectors so if you don’t see 2 don’t worry about it.

There is already plugged power onto your video card, other cord is needed, If you want to install one more device
Nice! Mine is a pre-built too, kind of. I just put parts together on CyberPowerPC’s website and they just put it together. No way I can build one myself.
It’s a power plug. Your graphics card doesn’t need two power plugs, but some do and that’s why there are two cables.
If there is no plugs to plug them
Not plugged
Because ur gpu doesn’t need that much power. Would assume that is a 3060 or 4060 gpu?
it was already mentioned some cards don’t need all connectors some cards can even run only with the power provided by the slot. They are pretty rare tho. The most popular and worst one should be the gt710
