Yes! I honestly love both so much – although SDV is a staple comfy game for me that I always play casually on and off, Sun Haven was a little more involved but so much fun, I’ll definitely go back to it for a replay at some point. I can see how some people would find it overwhelming though if they’re not into skill trees and combat etc.
I’m playing it currently. I love both. Sun Haven has a lot more QOL features (no stamina drain, large inventory, you can set how long days are etc) and fantasy elements (you can use magic for farming for instance) whereas I like Stardew’s writing and characters somewhat more than Sun Haven’s. I’ve also encountered a few bugs in SH but the game is is still actively being patched and added onto so I’m sure that’ll get fixed eventually, also nothing game breaking. Overall I’d recommend it
I just start a week or two ago on a recommendation from this thread!
Currently beginning winter year 1
Really enjoy the game π
I have been playing with a controller, which is a little different for this game, but I’m going on vacation and put it on my laptop so I’m going to actually bring a mouse and do mouse and keyboard. I’ll be interested to see if it’s smoother, but I’m also very much a controller gal lol
Highly recommended for Stardew Valley friends! I was actually playing potion permit before I started sunhaven, and have definitely abandoned potion permit for now unfortunately lol
I’ve had this in my library since last year. I tried it once, but I was a bit overwhelmed by it.
It does look like a lot of fun, especially for both RPG and farming gamers. I think I might need to not overthink too much about what I am supposed to do first in-game π

I am trying to get my family to play Sun Haven with me. I love the game. There are so many different ways to play it.

yes i’ve played so much sun haven! shame it’s a bit more buggy.
Yes, Sun Haven is great! I prefer it over Stardew because I love the fantasy races and magic.
